Your mission
- assist customers with eSIM-related inquiries and issues ensuring quick and effective resolutions via email tickets
- job holder will be supported by the Customer Support Manager to provide timely and accurate assistance
- enhance customer satisfaction ensuring smooth eSIM activation and usage and reinforcing the company's reputation for excellent customer service in a fast-paced, innovative telecom environment
- supporting the DENT Support Team on tickets in Zendesk / possible other Support systems for Tier 1 customer support
- work closely with Support Manager on solving customer requests efficiently
- delivering timely accommodating and polite supporttaking on other Support tasks as discussed with Support Manager working independently and reliable on given tasks
