Your mission
Take ownership of the onboarding process for new DENT business customers, ensuring they are properly onboarded and trained to effectively use our services.
Manage and nurture customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing support
Work to keep our customers engaged and satisfied by understanding their unique goals and helping them achieve those goals using our services
Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development team to help enhance our services
Your profile
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
Experience working with B2B customers and understanding their requirements and challenges in a SaaS/App environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
