Your mission
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process for new DENT business customers, ensuring they are properly onboarded and trained to effectively use our services.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing support
  • Work to keep our customers engaged and satisfied by understanding their unique goals and helping them achieve those goals using our services
  • Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development team to help enhance our services
Your profile
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
  • Experience working with B2B customers and understanding their requirements and challenges in a SaaS/App environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
